| Dr. Louis H. Betz is one of the region's most experienced and accomplished ophthalmologist. Born in Philadelphia, he received his Medical Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
 Dr. Betz has served as Chief of Surgery at Evangelical Community Hospital, where he has been an active physician for more than 30 years. Supported by a trained and experienced staff, he focuses on providing his patients with the latest, most advanced techniques and technologies.
