Dr. Rita Verma, our Doctor of Optometry, provides the most complete and accurate eye evaluations available. A graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry, she also specializes in contact lens fittings and the therapeutic treatment of various ocular conditions, including low vision. Dr. Verma helps patients with this disorder (which involves partial sight or sight that isn't correctable with surgery, contact lenses, or glasses) overcome their impairment through the use of the most appropriate low vision aids. Through advanced diagnosis and treatment, Dr. Verma has also provided non-surgical solutions for some patients who would otherwise require corneal transplants.

Sometimes, complex underlying conditions can cause vision problems. In these cases, Dr. Verma and Dr. Betz work closely together, with a holistic focus on achieving whole-body health for our patients.

Dr. Verma is an active member of Soroptomist International, the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society.
